Do you recognise this photo?
At Larks in the Parks we asked people if they could recognise where this picture was taken and in which year. The photographer was Peter Wares of Ramsbury Road. There were several guesses ranging from 1942 to 1978. However the winner with the correct date and location was Councillor Eileen Harris who identified the photo as Cottonmill Lane by Sopwell Mill. If anyone else has old photos they would like to share with us as part of the Sopwell project, please phone 865061. We would be grateful to receive them
